The UltiMaker S6 Flex combines industrial speed with a seamless, user-friendly workflow. It features the Flexible PEI Build Plate, which speeds up the post-printing process by eliminating the need for glue and allowing parts to be removed instantly with a simple flex of the plate.

Powered by the Cheetah Motion Planner, this printer operates up to 4x faster than the S5, reaching speeds of 500 mm/s with accelerations of 50,000 mm/s². It maintains a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.15 mm and features dual extrusion with high-flow cores. Fully compatible with the Material Station (sold separately) for future automation, the S6 Flex is the ideal choice for busy labs requiring fast turnaround and high throughput.

Features

Flexible Build Plate: The PEI-coated spring steel plate uses 25 magnets and 4 pins for perfect alignment. Parts adhere reliably during printing and detach easily by bending the plate.

UltiMaker Cheetah Motion: Eliminates speed fluctuations and optimizes acceleration (up to 50,000 mm/s²), allowing for rapid prototyping without ringing or ghosting.

High Flow Extrusion: Redesigned print cores deliver flow rates of up to 35 mm³/s, essential for utilizing the high speeds on large, solid parts.

Inductive Active Leveling: The print head probes the metal plate with an inductive sensor to create a precise height map, compensating for any surface variations to ensure a reliable first layer.

Wide Material Choice: Access the world's largest open filament ecosystem. Print with UltiMaker materials or hundreds of third-party filaments.
